Horse Leasing

 

Bennett Farms offers leases on barn-owned and privately owned horses when available.  Leasing a horse is a wonderful way to develop a partnership, and to get involved in the equestrian community events.  Current available horses are listed on our Classifieds page.

Full Lease

 

Who's it for?  A Full lease is perfect for riders who are interested in purchasing a horse in the future, riders who currently participate in or are considering participating in show events, or riders who would like to spend a lot of time at the barn,

 

What's Included?  A Full lease includes two (2) professional lessons per week, two (2) solo rides, and two (2) days training.  There is no school horse fee for shows or clinics.  No other client lessons are given on the horse during a full lease.

What's the Cost?

Full Lease ........................................................$1,600/mo

Half Lease

 

Who's it for?  A Half lease is perfect for riders who like to have a dedicated horse for their rides, and frequent the barn about 1-2 times per week. Half leases are great for those interested in showing.

 

What's Included?  A Full lease includes one (1) professional lesson per week, and one (1) solo ride.  There is no school horse fee for shows or clinics,  There may be two half-leases on a horse, in which case the lessors agree to work out an acceptable schedule with the trainer's input.

What's the Cost?

Half Lease ...........................................................$850/mo

Lessor pays 1/2 shoeing

Reserve

 

Who's it for?  A Reserve is perfect for riders who would like to advance in their equestrian skill by working with one horse, honing their horse-rider partnership.

 

What's Included?  A Reserve guarantees rider the use of the horse for lessons and showing.  There is no school horse fee for shows or clinics,  If more than one rider has a reserve on the same horse, showing will default to a first come first served basis.
